Ginza Kushikatsu Bon （銀座 串かつ凡）
The restaurant is the Ginza branch of the Michelin one-starred main restaurant in Osaka. It specializes in kushikatsu (deep-fried skewered meat and vegetables). Normally, kushikatsu is considered a casual food. Technically, it is referred to as a B-class gourmet dish, the type favored by working-class people. However, the Michelin star helped to transform this kushikatsu restaurant into a refined version of its original self. Imagine a hamburger stand receiving a Michelin star.
Tempura Iwai （天冨良 いわ井）
Tempura Iwai is on the sixth floor of the Ginza 745 building. Initially opened in 1998 in a street nearby, the restaurant is run by a husband and wife team. The husband is the owner-chef and the wife is the Okami (proprietress).

Ginza Koso is located on the eighth floor of the multi-tenanted, Ginza 888 building.
USHIGORO S. GINZA （うしごろエス銀座）
Ushigoro S. Ginza is located on the sixth floor of the multi-tenanted Ginza 777 ADC Building on Suzuran Street.

Bird Land is located on the basement floor of a building connected to Tokyo Metro Ginza station. It is near the Sukiyabashi intersection.

Mugi to Olive (Wheat and Olive) is located just behind the Ginza Six Shopping complex. It is a equidistant and a short walk from either Tokyo Metro Ginza or Higashi Ginza stations.
