A Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurant

Men Mitsuwi is a few blocks away from Kokusai-Dori in Asakusa. The restaurant is hidden in a small alleyway off the main street.

The owner chef was trained at Menya Shichisai, a famous ramen restaurant located in Hatchobori. Despite being relatively new, the restaurant is already loved by locals and ramen enthusiasts.

As there is no vending machine, an employee will hand you a menu and take your order. Go ahead and ask for an English menu when you take a seat. After you place your order, an employee will collect payment before serving you a bowl of ramen.

At Men Mitsuwi, shoyu is the signature soup base and whole chicken is used to create the broth. Salt and ginger base soup ramen are also available as standard menu items. Noodles are handmade using Hokkaido wheat. You have a choice of either thin or thick wavy noodles. Each ramen dish comes with chashu, menma, seasoned boiled egg and green onion.

Sauce Katsudon is a popular side dish.

いつも並んでいてなかなか行きませんでしたが初訪問。にしても雰囲気ある店構えです。醤油ラーメンを中太麺でいただきましたが、スープも麺もこだわりが感じられてとても美味しかったQuote from Google Map Review
