Selection of the Highest Quality Japanese Kuroge Wagyu Beef

Sumibi Yakiniku Nakahara is in Ichigaya, located in the outer moat of the Imperial Palace.

The interior is very modern and has a stylish color scheme of red, black and silver. It is not the typical design you normally find at Yakiniku joints.

Owner chef Kentaro Nakahara selects only the highest quality A5 grade Kuroge Wagyu directly from a wholesaler and uses only the most delicious parts of each section of the beef. The meat is grilled in front of you on a charcoal grill and ventilation chimneys make sure the intense flames do not hang in the air.

Nakahara only serves the omakase course (chef’s choice). The most popular item on the menu is the legendary "Wagyu Tongue". The tongue is served together with a long sequence of different cuts ranging from sirloin, brisket, knuckle, innards and offal. Another popular item is the "Hire katsu sando" (i.e. wagyu sandwich). The main course is accompanied by wagyu consommé soup, freshly harvested vegetable salad, and wagyu beef rice bowl. The meal ends with a tasty dessert.

Quote from Google Map Review
