Innovative Fusion Dishes of Raw Beef and Sushi

Ginza Koso is located on the eighth floor of the multi-tenanted, Ginza 888 building.

This is a place to indulge oneself in both exquisite cuisine and entertainment. The restaurant is equipped with amusement facilities, such as karaoke and a virtual golf room. There are five multi-purpose seating arrangements: counter seats, lounge seats, private rooms, VIP room and bar counter. 

Ginza Koso is the first restaurant in Chuo-ward licensed to serve raw meat. The handling process is meticulously observed to guarantee food safety.  

Signature entrees are raw meat cuisines made from A5 ranked Kuroge Wagyu beef. The restaurant serves unusual dishes that are virtually unheard of elsewhere. Sea urchin and caviar on top of premium sirloin sashimi is one of them. Other dishes are Wagyu Toro Nigiri, a lightly flame-grilled fatty slab of meat atop vinegar flavored rice. Cooked meat dishes are also available.

Due to its popularity with the locals, making a reservation beforehand is recommended.
