Omotenashi with All-You-Can-Eat Dining

Shabuzen Roppongi specializes in shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and nihon-ryori (Japanese cuisine). They offer an all-you-can-eat course with A5-ranked Sendai beef, Matsusaka beef, and other branded wagyu beef. Please request either shabu-shabu or sukiyaki when making a reservation. Waitresses dressed in kimono welcome you in an atmospheric and relaxing space.

Shabuzen also offers a variety of a la carte dishes and seasonal course meals that pairs well with shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. More than 20 varieties of domestic vegetables are always available, carefully selected from farmers around Japan who share Shabuzen's commitment.

A well-marbled cut of Sendai beef is truly beautiful. Tenderness and fineness of the texture is unlike any other beef. Dip your meat into goma-dare (sesame sauce) and ponzu, alternating between the two as a dipping sauce for shabu-shabu. These sauces have been handed down since the restaurant’s establishment in 1983. A perfect balance of fat marbled in lean meat makes the dish extremely tender. Experience the taste that literally melts in your mouth.

Shabuzen is a chain restaurant with multiple branches in Japan. Besides Roppongi, Shabuzen has branches in the following locations in Tokyo: Shibuya, Ginza, Yotsuya, and Kagurazaka. You will, of course, choose the branch that fits your plans.
