Mouthwatering Combination of Yakitori and Drinks

Nestled in a serene residential area, Tori Chataro is within a 10-minute walking distance from JR Shibuya Station. The restaurant is led by chef Takuya Kaneko, who honed his skills at the renowned Yakitori Souten. Since its opening in 2013, Tori Chataro has offered a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages including beer, sake, shochu, and wine.

Tori Chataro procures a variety of chicken breeds, including Hinai Jidori, Nagoya Cochin, and Guinea Fowl, and employs an array of cooking techniques tailored to the specific cuts of the chicken. The menu features an omakase course, which includes not only yakitori but also an array of chicken-based dishes, sashimi, namerou, and other delicacies. Chef Kaneko places a strong emphasis on bringing out the most desirable flavors of the chicken through the use of precise cooking methods and appropriate beverage pairings.

While the prices may be on the higher end, the taste is well worth it.

3時間でストップというまでコースでこだわりの美味しい焼き鳥が頂けます。炭もこだわっているようでとても美味しかったです。大人気店なのに、お店の方も気さくで居心地良かったです。 Quote from Google Map Review
