Ushigoro S. Ginza is located on the sixth floor of the multi-tenanted Ginza 777 ADC Building on Suzuran Street.
The Ushigoro group is a first-class brand signified by the letter “S” in its name. The letter represents five S’s: Select, Special, Stylish, Smart and Spirit. Ushigoro S procures beef from two highly acknowledged sources: Tamura and Kawagishi ranches which breed the A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu, Sanda beef.
The interior is dimly lit which enhances the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Equipped with 11 private rooms, the restaurant offers a choice of five course menus. The Yakiniku is grilled to perfection by each room's personal chef. The restaurant recommends a party of four, but if you come with a smaller number, be prepared to be offered the same group course at the group price.
The quality of the A5 wagyu beef is top-notch with beautiful marbling seen on every cut. Some of the representative line ups in the meat fest are: Atsugiri Gyutan (thick cut beef tongue) sliced to 1-inch thickness, Tokusen Harami (skirt steak), Hire Katsu (deep fried wagyu fillet) with a sprinkle of truffle salt, and Zabuton (chuck flap beef) sukiyaki style.
