The hallmark of Nikuya Yokocho is its unique offering, allowing patrons to personally select their preferred cuts of Japanese Black wagyu beef from an impressive display case. The establishment procures entire wagyu cattle, meticulously aging each cut to perfection in their proprietary facility. Skilled artisans then expertly butcher the meat before it reaches the restaurant. All of the beef on display is available for unlimited consumption, providing guests with the dual pleasure of handpicking their cuts and indulging in authentic wagyu to their heart’s content.

The dining experience begins with the presentation of an assortment of beef cuts, a curated selection that varies based on the chosen course. Following this initial offering, diners are invited to browse the display case and order their preferred cuts at their leisure.
